Call Forwarding  Send your call from one device to another, as you need it.

Call History Each handset includes a call history of calls made, received, and missed.

Call Hold Place a caller on hold while you transfer them or you take some time to look up an answer to a question.  Callers listen to your specified hold music until you engage them again by picking up the line.

Call Waiting Call waiting allows users to see when a second call is coming in while on an active call.  Users can answer the new call, placing the standing call on hold, and switch back and forth.

Caller ID (caller identification, CID) Is a telephone service that transmits a caller's number to the called party's telephone. Where available, Caller ID can also provide a name associated with the calling telephone number.

Conference 3-Way Meet with two different parties simultaneously by simply hitting the conference button, on your phone, while on a call and dialing the number of the third party you wish to invite.

Conference Bridge Allows a group of people to participate in a phone call. The bridge allows participants dial into a virtual meeting room from their own phone. Meeting rooms can hold dozens of participants.  Conference Bridges replaces your expensive conferencing service with a conference bridge for each employee in your office, for free.

Extension Transferring With extension transferring, you can transfer a call to another extension with an announcement or blind transfer the call. In a blind transfer, the receiver is uninformed where the call came from, and the transferrer can redirect the call without speaking to the target. Alternatively, during a warm (soft) transfer the transferrer can speak with the target before redirecting the call and the receiver can see the transferrer’s extension.
