We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Sales Support to join our team. This role is critical in providing administrative support to our sales team and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Administrative Front Desk Duties:

Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or personnel.

Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.

Order office supplies and manage inventory.

Assist in the preparation of company events and meetings.

Sales Support Duties:

Assist the sales team with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems.

Coordinate and track sales leads and follow-up activities.

Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and support decision-making.

Provide customer service support by handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. • Demonstrable experience in an administrative, front desk, or sales support role. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
